The Vacuum pump TLV25HV-II fulfils the highest requirements for the processing of thermoplastic materials in the P&O field and permits an efficient and reliable handling for all vacuum applications (drape forming, bubble-moulding, lamination). The system consists of a powerful oil-lubricated vacuum pump with an airflow capacity of 25m3/h and a final pressure of 5mbar (relative vacuum of 99 %) and is equipped with a 25L vacuum tank.

• Vacuum distributor
  Connected to your central vacuum supply, this 4-way vacuum distributor acts as a terminal at your working station. The panel is designed for wall mounting (mounting material not included in delivery)
• Vacuum distributor IRV-PRO with adjustable vacuum ports
  This 2-way adjustable vacuum distributor offers advanced capabilities to your central vacuum supply. The vacuum can be regulated individually from 0 to 100%. A separate vacuum gauge allows precise control of your working process.
• Foot operated vacuum valve
  This foot operated vacuum valve allows for improved handling during the moulding process.
  The valve can be configured to either default open or to default closed.
